Preliminary Design

Through collaboration, we will discuss your ideas and visions at the initial consultation. Subsequently, we will conceptualize preliminary architectural design plans that are suitable to your visions and needs.

Approvals & Planning

Once the preliminary plan is drafted and agreed upon along with a budget, our design team will assemble detailed working drawings for submission and manage the entire building permit & approval process.

Execution & Construction

Following municipal approval, construction of the project is ready to be commenced at this stage, where we will conduct occasional site visits and be of assistance to all design-related clarifications.
